As a typical anti-noise pad, the product made of single/complex materials like PP(Polypropylene) has the structure of double-sided tape. To respond to various kinds of sizes and shapes that customers want, our company cuts and makes the pad in a different size, and supplies it after packing. Hard metals and plastic components are closely assembled in an automobile, so that vibration in driving causes Rattle Noise. By attaching pads made of various mixing materials to a space between parts, it is possible to reduce vibration and improve noise.

Non-woven Fabric for Handle & Seat Heater

This product is the base non-woven fabric for stitching in the way of installing heating cables. It is made of the complex materials of PET and flame-retardant fabric. Since it can be exposed long to high temperature of heating cables, its non-woven fabric and double-sided tape meet a flame retardant grade. As an automotive interior material, it meets the regulation criteria of odor and hazardous materials, such as heavy metals.

It is applicable to the parts exposed to high temperature, such as handle and heating cables for seats. As customers require more affective quality of automotive interior materials and select more heating cables for automotive handle and seats, their demands for the product have been expanded.

PU/PE PAD

This pad, also called as sponge pad, is made of the single material (PU: Polyurethane/PE: Polyethylene). It weighs light and has different kinds of cushion depending on density. Since it has an air layer, it is capable of absorbing a certain amount of noise. It can easily be processed in diverse shapes.

PU PAD is most used for automotive seats. Thanks to its excellent cushion, it is mostly used as the foam supporting a driver’s back and waist. It is also used as an air-conditioning part to reduce a noise. PE PAD is a light and firm material, being used mostly to fill in the gap between the car body and carpet. Aside from that, to prevent product damage, it is used as a packaging container in a box.
